Natalie Delille is a Haitian-American social impact leader and founder from Brooklyn, New York, whose work sits at the intersection of education, technology, philanthropy, and public policy.

Natalie is the Founder and CEO of DearSociety, a nonprofit working to build a more flourishing society by reimagining the systems that shape access to knowledge, resources, and opportunity. Through education initiatives, scholarships, leadership development, research, and storytelling, DearSociety works to equip people with the information, relationships, and resources they need to make informed choices, pursue meaningful opportunities, and contribute to their communities. Its work has included awarding more than 150 scholarships and launching the HATCH Fellowship, a two-year higher education and leadership program for students in Haiti.

Natalie’s career has spanned the private, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors. She previously led global social impact and sustainability strategy at Visa and later served as a National Urban Fellow at the Surdna Foundation, where her work focused on philanthropy and social change.

Natalie holds a BBA from Howard University, an MSt in AI Ethics and Society from the University of Cambridge, and a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. She is currently a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University in Beijing, where she is deepening her understanding of global affairs, development, and the systems that shape opportunity across societies.
