Natalie Delille is a social equity advocate from Brooklyn, NY who is dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged populations through education and technology.

In her full-time role, she drives global strategy for social impact in alignment with the company’s goals of driving financial inclusion. She is the founder of DearSociety, a nonprofit that empowers economically disadvantaged youth in Haiti through education, mentorship, and scholarship.

Natalie holds a business degree from Howard University and is pursuing a master’s at the University of Cambridge, studying AI ethics and its societal implications.
